To Whom It May Concern,

I recently was promoted and had to move from my home in North Attleboro, MA to San Francisco, CA.  With a very short time frame, and no idea what to do, a friend told me to call Conlon, and I’m glad I did! 

My phone call went to JoAnne, she was so kind and helpful, she made the process very easy and set up an appointment for me that was on my schedule (a Saturday).  Next, was Bob, your Salesman, He showed up to my house, on time and took me through the process step by step. As we went through the house, Bob asked me questions about our move, and told us about the services of your company.  I never knew moving could be so complicated, but Bob put us at ease!  He printed our estimate right there and even gave us a summary report of San Francisco!  I knew on the spot that I was moving with Conlon.

Then came the packers.  Tammy and her crew were amazing!  They packed the entire house in one day!  I can’t imagine how long it would have taken us to do it.  Our driver was there early the next morning, and I have to admit I was a little nervous, but after meeting Jose, my nerves went away.  The men immediately put covering on the floor to protect them, and went to work!  You should be proud that these people are representing your company.  If I move again, I want all of these guys back!
